Do you think people who get pitbulls are trying to prove something? The dangers of the having this dog are known. Even if this breed isn't more likely to lash out anymore than another breed (which I believe it is anyway because of how they have been bred), their bite is a bad one that can cause a lot of damage, even death.

I have 2 teenagers and would be able to pay for care and training. Do they make good family pets?
